The Opportunity

Kube has a great opportunity for a full-time, Business Process Manager in our Barcelona office.

You will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of our organization's business processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key things you will be doing:

  • Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes and workflows across the organization
  • Cross-functional collaboration to analyze and improve business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
  • Build automation workflows using non-coding tools such as Zapier to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
  • Provide data analysis support and create dashboards and reports using Excel
  • Assist in the development and delivery of process improvement training and change management initiatives to drive process adoption and effectiveness
  • Assist in managing projects related to process improvement and change management, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget and scope
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful execution of process improvement initiatives

Requirements ✔

  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, and database management software
  • Experience working with large datasets and generating reports
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process analysis and design

Additional Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Preferred

  • Additional fluency in French and Spanish

An advantage, but not essential

  • Experience in change management and process adoption
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience with non-coding automation tools such as Zapier

Only candidates having EU citizenship/work permit allowing you to work in the Spain would be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From 22,000.00€ per year
